2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information required for our Services.

• Obtain all necessary permissions, licenses, and rights for content (text, images, logos, media) you provide.

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and account access.

3. Payments & Fees

• Payment terms are defined in your invoice or subscription plan.

• All fees are due as stated. Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property created by BeFit Health & Fitness Inc., including website designs, AI integrations, templates, graphics, and proprietary systems, remains the property of BeFit Health & Fitness Inc. until full payment has been received.

• Upon full payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for your business purposes.

• You may not resell, reproduce, or redistribute our work without prior written consent.

5. Content Ownership & Liability

• You retain ownership of all content you provide.

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your content.

• BeFit Health & Fitness Inc. shall not be liable for third-party claims arising from content you provide.

6. Hosting, SEO, and Third-Party Tools

• Services may involve third-party providers (hosting, plugins, AI platforms, APIs).

• We make no guarantees regarding uptime, rankings, or specific performance outcomes of third-party services.

• Issues arising from third-party providers are not the responsibility of BeFit Health & Fitness Inc.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeFit Health & Fitness Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data.
